Hollywood Casino a Bust

During my routine Saturday outing to Hollywood Casino in WV I played three games: $2/$5, $5/$10 and $5/$5 PLO. I was crushed in all games. I hit my limit for the day and so I left early. I was tempted to reload using the 'old bank card but decided I wouldn't tempt fate. In one $500 hand I flopped a set with a nut flush draw, my opponent held a straight wrap and got there; I'll take those odds any day but unfortunately there are very few 100% equity hands in PLO.

I just read an article about going pro in the latest edition of Ante Up magazine and it was a bit depressing when looking at the actual projections from a $2/$5 NL grinder perspective.
